All eight conference coaches agreed, placing the Clippers atop their preseason poll.
Concordia enters the 2015 season looking for its seventh-straight CACC title and to keep its undefeated streak in conference play alive. The Clippers finished last season 15-7 (8-0 in conference play) before bowing out in the East Regional Finals against No. 29 Queens.
The squad earned 64 points in the preseason poll, followed by Goldey-Beacom (53 points), Chestnut Hill (48), Philadelphia (40), Holy Family (28), USciences (25), Post (19) and Caldwell (11) to round out the poll.
The Clippers also enter the season ranked No. 26 nationally in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association preseason rankings. Concordia begins its season Sept. 4 with the three-day Bucknell Invitational in Lewisburg, Pa.
